Congratulations Antonia and Paddy!

Well done to Antonia and Paddy, who have raised a fantastic £6,000 for Cancer Research, by completing the 55 English Pier Tour.

Antonia and Paddy supported the 2022 Dormansland Carnival by joining in our float parade, and we couldn't be more proud of our local hero!

The tour was completed on Antonia's 55th Birthday so we hope you had time for a glass of something to celebrate! Well done Antonia and Paddy!

DCC Open Evening

Tuesday, 20th September, 2022 at The Old House At Home, 7.30pm

Come and meet us at a social gathering for people who would like to find out more about putting on our annual village Carnival event. We have identified some gaps in our skill base this year in areas such as social media, entertainment management, advertising and local business liaison. Can you help?

We also want to hear your feedback and thoughts on how to improve our Carnival going forwards, and are happy to answer any questions you may have. So please come along and say hi. A friendly smile will be waiting to greet you…

Winning Float Announced

July 2022

Well done to the YWI of Dormansland for winning the float competition for 2022! This years theme was musicals and the winning entry was Joseph and his Technicolour Dreamcoat! Well done for all your hard work - not least wearing those beards in the heat - dedication to your cause!
